- Two (2) current years w2’s. If self-employed: 2 years tax returns
- Two (2) current bank statements (all pages) showing name, address and account number
- Current quarterly statements for investment/asset accounts (all pages) showing name address and account numbers computer printouts without the aforementioned information are not acceptable
- Contract of Purchase (if applicable).
- Contract of Sale (if applicable)
- Gift letter, gift check, deposit slip (if applicable)
- Separation agreement or divorce decree (if applicable)
- Current property tax bills and current mortgage statement. (For all properties owned).
- Current Homeowner’s Insurance declaration page
